Summary
- Employers covered by the Delaware Expanding Access for Retirement and Necessary Saving Program must provide eligible employees access to the program if they do not sponsor a retirement savings plan. This includes registering with the program, providing information to eligible employees and facilitating employee contributions for program participants. Employees must meet certain requirements to be eligible. See EARNS Retirement Savings Program.
