Summary
- Employers covered by the Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program must provide eligible employees access to the program if they do not sponsor a retirement savings plan. This includes registering with the program, distributing materials to eligible employees and facilitating contributions for participating employees. Employees must meet certain requirements to be eligible to participate. See Illinois Secure Choice Savings Program.
