Summary
- Employers covered by the MarylandSaves Small Business Retirement Program must provide eligible employees access to the program if they do not sponsor a retirement savings plan. This includes registering with the program, providing certain information to eligible employees and facilitating contributions for participating employees. Employees must meet certain requirements to be eligible for the program. See MarylandSaves Small Business Retirement Program.
