Company Culture 2024: Survey Report

Introduction

Organizational culture is the glue that binds a company's community together, presenting a set of shared values and shaping the expectations employees must adhere to. Although some employers guide their company's culture deliberately, others struggle to put processes in place that keep a company's culture healthy.

In this survey report, we examine the area of company culture. We address how organizations define and communicate company values, and explore how cultural considerations are woven into business processes. We also examine the gap between stated company values and the reality of how values are reflected in day-to-day decision-making.
