Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2022: Survey Report
Introduction
Although it is not a new concept, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) is a subject of increasing popularity among both HR professionals and the general workforce. Some recent surveys have found that more than 80% of workers would consider leaving a job if they felt that their company wasn't committed to DEIB values. Developing a strategy to promote DEIB and a method to quantify DEIB outcomes is a task that many companies have yet to master.
In this survey report, HR & Compliance Center investigates employer trends in the fast-changing DEIB space. The topic is covered from a variety of angles, with data on the involvement of leadership in DEIB efforts, the prominence of different strategic approaches to DEIB, and the availability DEIB resources. Common methods for measuring the success of DEIB initiatives using metrics are also discussed. The report also investigates how an organization's maturity level in these areas relates to a variety of key business outcomes.
