When to Use
If an employer employs 100 or more employees, then it is obligated to complete and file an EEO-1 Report Component 1 each year.
The following checklist may be used to help an employer comply with EEO-1 Report Component 1 reporting requirements. Employers should complete the following steps in sequential order.
