E-Cigarettes: New Policy and Chart Available, Employment Law Manual Updated

HR & Compliance Center has added new resources and updated its Employment Law Manual to help an employer manage electronic cigarettes in the workplace.
The chart Electronic Cigarette Laws by State lists which states have e-cigarette bans and details which employers are subject to e-cigarette bans.
The Acceptable Use of Electronic Cigarettes Policy provides a customizable template for an employer wishing to allow some use of e-cigarettes in the workplace.
