New FAQs Added to Health Care Reform Resource Center

To help employers comply with the employer shared responsibility requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), HR & Compliance Center has added six new FAQs to its Health Care Reform Resource Center:
- Does an employer have to pay for health coverage in order to avoid a penalty under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
- Is a subsidiary company with fewer than 50 full-time employees exempt from the employer shared responsibility requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
- What is an applicable large employer under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
- What is the penalty under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for an employer that does not offer health coverage?
- What is the penalty under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) for an employer that offers health coverage that is not considered affordable or does not provide minimum value?
- What are the health insurance exchanges under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
