Summary
- The Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Act (Act) requires the Rhode Island State government and all public and quasi-public agencies, commissions, boards and authorities to create and maintain affirmative action plans towards the achievement affirmative action. +R.I.G.L. § 28-5.1-1.
