Summary
- The Ohio Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, military status, national origin, disability, age or ancestry. See Discrimination Under the Ohio Civil Rights Act.
- The Ohio Minimum Fair Wage Standards Act prohibits employers from discriminating in the payment of wages based upon race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or ancestry by paying lower wages for equal work. See Equal Pay.
