Summary
- Arkansas law provides for a voluntary program for drug-free workplaces. See Drugs and Alcohol.
- The Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016 permits the use of medical marijuana by qualified registered patients with a qualifying medical condition. See Medical Marijuana.
