Summary
- All Oregon employers that are required to provide workers' compensation coverage must also post a specific notice in the workplace. See Notice Requirements.
- Almost all employers must have workers' compensation insurance or be self-insured, with limited exceptions. See Covered Employers.
- All employees, whether full-time or part-time, are covered by workers' compensation, with some exceptions. See Covered Employees.
- Any injury that occurs while working and requires the injured employee to seek the aid of a medical provider is generally covered under workers' compensation. See Compensable Injuries and Illnesses.

- Workers' compensation pays for all medical costs as well as partial wage-replacement due to lost time injury. See Benefits.
