Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Nevada

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy or the physical recovery from childbirth in accordance with Nevada law. The Company will provide a reasonable accommodation for needs related to pregnancy, childbirth or a related medical condition so long as the requested accommodation does not impose an undue hardship on the Company's business operations.
