Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: South Carolina
In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy or the physical recovery from childbirth in accordance with South Carolina law. The Company will provide a reasonable accommodation unless doing so would impose an undue hardship on the Company's business operations. The Company will also provide accommodations for employees desiring to express breast milk for their infant child in accordance with the Company's Lactation Accommodation policy.
