Portions of a 2024 Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidance document on harassment that dealt with gender identity issues have been vacated by a federal district judge.
In response to a recent Executive Order from President Trump, the EEOC has directed its staff to elevate discrimination claims implicating sexual orientation and gender issues for review at agency headquarters.
