Workers' Compensation Policy

When to Use
Workers' compensation is a state-run insurance program that addresses wage replacement compensation and medical benefits for employees who are injured on the job. In every state (except Texas), employers with one or more employees are required to provide workers' compensation to employees. Employers should consider implementing this policy to communicate to employees that workers' compensation insurance is available, to instruct them to promptly report any work-related injury or illness and to inform them about potential investigations.
