The Safety Data Sheets briefing, which details the purpose and requirements for safety data sheets (SDSs) for hazardous chemicals in the workplace, has been updated to reflect the 2024 revisions to OSHA’s hazard communication standard.
As mandated by the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and the Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA), any employers that have hazardous chemicals must post the Michigan New or Revised Material Safety Data Sheet Poster.
