New FAQs Added to Health Care Reform Resource Center

Five new FAQs have been added to the Health Care Reform Resource Center. These FAQs were developed to help an employer better understand the dependent coverage requirements of the Affordable Care Act.
- Does the Affordable Care Act (ACA) require an employer to offer coverage to the children of dependent children?
- Does the Affordable Care Act (ACA) require an employer's group health plan to cover an employee's spouse?
- How are dependents defined under the Affordable Care Act (ACA)?
- Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), is an employer subject to a penalty if it does not offer group health coverage to an employee's dependents?
- Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), when may an employer remove from the health plan an adult dependent who has reached the age of 26?
The FAQs have also been added to the following resources:
