New Labor Relations Resources Added

The Labor Relations content has been expanded to include additional resources now available for use in managing unions in the workplace and understanding employees' rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
Specifically, the following FAQs have been added:
- Do non-union employees have rights under the National Labor Relations Act?
- What is "salting" by a union organization?
- What is a bargaining unit?
- What is considered "protected concerted activity" under the National Labor Relations Act?
- Are public/government employees protected under the National Labor Relations Act?
- What is meant by "terms and conditions of employment"?
- Are undocumented aliens protected under the National Labor Relations Act?
- Are job applicants protected under the National Labor Relations Act?
- To win a representational election, a union must obtain support from what percentage of employees in the appropriate unit?
- Is the activity by a single employee protected under the National Labor Relations Act?
- Who is considered an "agricultural laborer" for purposes of the National Labor Relations Act?
In addition, the following Task has been added:
- Determine Whether a Non-Union Employee's Conduct Is Protected Under the National Labor Relations Act
Lastly, the following Supervisor Briefing has been added:
