State-Specific Restrictive Covenant and Confidentiality Agreements Now Available!

Based on customer demand, we are excited to announce that HR & Compliance Center now includes state-specific restrictive covenant and confidentiality agreement templates for the following key states:

• Florida;
• Illinois;
• New York; and
• Texas.

These agreements will help an organization to:

• Protect its legitimate business interests by preventing employees from engaging in particular kinds of business activity in competition with the organization; and
• Prevent the disclosure of confidential information.

HR & Compliance Center has also added a California confidentiality agreement to help California employers safeguard their confidential and proprietary information.

In addition to the templates, HR & Compliance Center has added tips and warnings to further explain and address any state-specific compliance requirements.
