Summary
- In addition to the federal equal employment opportunity laws, Arkansas employers must comply with state antidiscrimination statutes, including the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993. See Disability Discrimination in Arkansas.
- Arkansas law prohibits discrimination against individuals with a disability. The Arkansas Civil Rights Act applies to employers with nine or more employees in Arkansas. See The Arkansas Civil Rights Act.
