Summary
- Under Pennsylvania law, employers are required to communicate several pieces of information to their employees through posters displayed in the workplace. See Communications in Postings Required by Pennsylvania Law.
- Employers in Pennsylvania should communicate the method, manner and timing of employee's pay in writing at the outset of his or her employment. See Employee Compensation Communications.
