Summary
- West Virginia requires employers to furnish new employees with notification of pay and records of deductions. See Notification of Pay.
- West Virginia employers must obtain a federal Form W-4 as well as the state version of Form W-4 (Form WV/IT-104), from all new employees. See Employee Withholding Forms.
