Summary
- Louisiana's Military Service Relief Act protects employees who take leave to perform service, including active and inactive duty, in the US armed forces or the National Guard of any state. See Military Service Relief Act.
- Separate reinstatement requirements apply to employees who are called to active duty in the National Guard of any state, the state militia or any other military force of Louisiana. See State National Guard and Military Forces Reinstatement Rights.
