- Nebraska's Veterans Re-Employment Rights Law incorporates substantial sections of the federal Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) into state law, including provisions relating to employment and reemployment rights, prohibitions against discrimination, and servicemember entitlements.
