Upon written request, current and former employees or their designated representative may inspect and receive a copy of the employee's personnel file and records that relate to the employee's performance or to any grievance concerning the employee. The file will be provided in the presence of a [insert Company Name] representative at a mutually convenient time, at the employee's expense. Employees may add their version of any disputed item to the file. The Company will comply with a written personnel file request at reasonable intervals and reasonable times within 30 calendar days of the written request.
