Discussion of Wages Handbook Statement: Washington

No employee is prohibited from inquiring about, disclosing, comparing or otherwise discussing their wages or the wages of another employee or from asking the Company to provide a reason for the employee's wages and/or lack of opportunity for advancement. The Company will not retaliate against any employee because they aid or encourage another employee to exercise their rights to discuss or disclose wage information.
