Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Victim Leave and Accommodations Handbook Statement: Nevada
Employees who are victims of domestic violence or sexual assault, or employees whose family or household members have been a victim of domestic violence or sexual assault, may take up to 160 hours of [insert paid or unpaid] leave within 12 months immediately following the date on which the domestic violence or sexual assault occurred. Leave may be taken consecutively or intermittently.
