Meal and Rest Breaks Handbook Statement: Minnesota
Nonexempt employees who work six or more consecutive hours will be allowed a meal break of at least 30 minutes. During the break, employees will be relieved of all duties. An uninterrupted meal break lasting 30 minutes or longer will be unpaid.
