Military Leave Handbook Statement: Arizona
Employees who are called to active duty, or to attend camps, maneuvers, formations or armory drills, as a member of the National Guard of Arizona or of any other state, or the United States Armed Forces Reserves, are entitled to the same rights, privileges, benefits and protections as employees who are called to action to serve in the United States military. Accordingly, employees called to active duty or training by competent orders of any state or the United States are entitled to a leave of absence in accordance with the Military Leave Policy set forth in the Company's National Handbook.
