Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: District of Columbia
In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants for employment with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions (including lactation) in accordance with District of Columbia law.
