Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Nebraska

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy or the physical recovery from childbirth in accordance with Nebraska law. A reasonable accommodation will be provided unless it imposes an undue hardship upon the Company.

Reasonable accommodations may include, but are not limited to: more frequent or longer breaks; periodic rest; time off to recover from childbirth
