Pregnancy and Menopause Accommodation Handbook Statement: Rhode Island

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company provides employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth, menopause or a related medical condition (including the need to express breast milk for a nursing child and the need to manage the effects of vasomotor symptoms) in accordance with Rhode Island law. A reasonable accommodation will be provided to an individual who can perform the essential functions of the job (with or without a reasonable accommodation), unless the accommodation imposes an undue hardship upon the Company.
