The statutory national minimum wage rates have been updated, with new monthly rates applying between October 2026 and April 2027.

Argentina’s monthly minimum wage is set to rise every month from September 2026 through to April 2027. Further, from 1 September 2026, new minimum wages apply in Northwest Territories and Nunavut in Canada.

The Leave Act Bill and the Act Implementing the Revised EU Directive on European Works Councils have been added, the mandatory code of conduct against undesirable behaviour has been removed following withdrawal of the Bill, and the status of the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive has been updated to reflect further progress in the legislative process and consultation on implementing measures.

In the Czech Republic, a law banning pay secrecy clauses was implemented in June 2025, but the other provisions of the Directive remain pending. The Government has now approved a Bill and published a number of documents, including draft legislation, notes and a comparison table.
