Leading With Agility in the Workplace

The COVID-19 pandemic provided a real-time lesson in just how critical agility is in the current business environment. Some organizations and leaders were already operating in an agile way and were therefore better prepared than others to adapt in the face of a sudden crisis. Others had to learn how to be agile on the fly, in reactive mode - though they may not have used the term "agile" to describe what they were doing. As organizations operate in the post-pandemic era, it is apparent that agility will be an important key to success going forward.
