Summary
- Michigan does not have a state family and medical leave law applicable to private employers. See Family and Medical Leave.
- Michigan does not require employers to provide adoption leave, but employers that voluntarily provide paid adoption leave are eligible for an income tax credit. See Adoption Leave Tax Credit.
