Summary
- Under Pennsylvania's mini-COBRA law, group health policies issued to employers with two to 19 employees are required to provide continuation of benefits in certain instances. See Pennsylvania Continuation Coverage Law.
- Covered employers must provide certain notices within 30 days of a qualifying event. See Notice Requirements.
- When group accident and sickness insurance ends, plans are required to offer an individual the opportunity to convert from a group policy to an individual policy. See Conversion.
