Summary
- Under Iowa law, private sector employers who choose to conduct drug or alcohol testing under +Iowa Code § 730.5 must train supervisors and provide awareness programs for employees. See Drug and Alcohol Awareness Training.
- Iowa's Smokefree Air Act requires employers to inform existing and prospective employees of the prohibitions in the Act. See Iowa Smokefree Air Act.
