Deployment of Family Member in the Uniformed Services Handbook Statement: Maryland
Employees who have worked for the Company for one year and at least 1,250 hours during the previous 12 months may take unpaid leave to spend time with their immediate family member (i.e., spouse, parent, stepparent, child, stepchild or sibling) on the day the family member leaves for, or returns from, active duty outside the United States as a member of the uniformed services.
