The Company engages in employee monitoring, in its sole discretion, as permitted by law. Monitoring may occur at any time through the use of Company-owned electronic devices and systems, including computers, telephones, wire, radio, electromagnetic, photoelectronic or photo-optical systems. Accordingly, employee activities and communications should not be considered private. Monitoring is conducted to ensure employee activity is consistent with Company policies and legitimate business interests, and for the protection of employees and Company assets and operations.
