Military Leave Handbook Statement: Minnesota

In addition to the rights set forth in the National Handbook, employees who are members of the military or naval forces of the United States or Minnesota will be allowed an unpaid military leave of absence of up to four years when called to active state or federal military service during time of war or emergency.
