Military Leave Handbook Statement: Utah
In addition to the military leave rights set forth in the National Handbook, Utah employees who are members of the United States military reserves are entitled under Utah law to an unpaid leave of absence for active duty, active duty for training, inactive duty training or state active duty, for a period of up to five years.
