Paid Family and Medical Leave Handbook Statement [25+ Employees]: Delaware

Effective January 1, 2026, Delaware Paid Leave is a state-run paid family and medical leave (PFML) program administered by the Delaware Department of Labor's Division of Paid Leave (Department) that provides leave and partial wage replacement to eligible employees who are unable to work for certain qualifying reasons. The Company provides PFML to eligible employees for all covered leave reasons under the program because it employs at least 25 employees in Delaware.
