The Company provides eligible employees with paid sick leave pursuant to the Pittsburgh Paid Sick Days Act (PSDA).
Eligibility
All employees who work at least 35 hours in the City of Pittsburgh in a year for the Company are [insert if seasonal employees are excluded: generally] eligible to receive paid sick leave under this policy. [INCLUDE IF RELEVANT: Eligible employees do not include seasonal employees, who are hired for a temporary period of not more than 16 weeks during a calendar year and who are notified at the time they are hired that their employment is limited to the beginning and ending dates of the Company's seasonal period.]
