Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Baltimore, Maryland

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, and in accordance with the Maryland Fair Employment Practices Act, as described in the Maryland Pregnancy Accommodation handbook statement, Baltimore employees and applicants have the legal right to request reasonable accommodations related to pregnancy, recovery from pregnancy (including a pregnancy ending in stillbirth or miscarriage), or recovery from a related condition.
