Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Illinois

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants for employment with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or related medical or common conditions to enable them to perform the essential functions of their job in accordance with Illinois law. In accordance with the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA), a reasonable accommodation will be provided unless the accommodation will impose an undue hardship on the company's business operations.
