Pregnancy Accommodation Handbook Statement: Oregon
In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy or the physical recovery from childbirth in accordance with Oregon law. Reasonable accommodations may include, but are not limited to: acquisition or modification of equipment or devices; more frequent or longer break periods or periodic rest; assistance with manual labor; or modification of work schedules or job assignments.
