Pregnancy and Lactation Accommodation Handbook Statement: New Jersey

In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy or the physical recovery from childbirth in accordance with New Jersey law. A reasonable accommodation will be provided unless it would impose an undue hardship on the Company's ordinary operations.
