Pregnancy Leave and Accommodation Handbook Statement: Connecticut
In addition to the pregnancy accommodations provided in accordance with the federal Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, as described in the National Handbook, the Company will provide employees and applicants with reasonable accommodations for health conditions related to pregnancy, childbirth or related conditions (including, but not limited to, lactation and fertility treatment), in accordance with Connecticut law. The Company will provide a reasonable accommodation unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the Company's business operations.
