Public Official Leave Handbook Statement [10+ Employees]: Montana

Employees who are elected or appointed to a public office at the city, county or state level will be allowed a leave of absence for service in that role. The leave will be unpaid and must not exceed 180 days per year. The Company will not require employees to use other available leave during this time and will maintain health benefits during the leave on the same terms as if the employee had continued to actively work.
